I bring together the reading data you already collect and analyse it by year level, cohort and skill area. You get a short, plain-language report showing strengths, gaps and the students who need more support, and a session to talk it through with your leadership team.

Reading action plan
A focused plan your staff can carry out.
Working with your principal and literacy leaders, I turn the findings into a plan for the year: priorities, classroom and intervention actions, who is responsible and when you will check progress. It links to your school improvement or annual implementation plan, so it becomes part of the work you already report on.

Professional learning for leaders and teachers
Build your team's confidence with reading data.
Workshops for leadership teams and staff on what each reading measure tells you, how to spot patterns, and how to use them to plan teaching and intervention groups. Run at your school or online, and built around your own data where possible.

Questions
Which reading assessments do you work with?
The ones your school already uses, such as NAPLAN, PAT Reading, phonics checks and running records. If you are not sure your data is enough, we can talk it through on the discovery call.
How much staff time does it take?
I do most of the analysis. Your leadership team's time goes mainly into the working sessions where we review findings and agree the plan.
Online or in person?
Data reviews and planning sessions can run online. Workshops can be at your school or online.
What happens on a discovery call?
We talk about your school, the data you have and what you want to improve. You will come away knowing whether and how I can help, with no obligation.
